Golden Flames Pellets have been winning customers in Bulgaria, Greece, and Italy since 2016. Our production site is located in Dupnitsa, 60km away from Sofia. Over the past 5 years, we built strong business relationships with distributors in Sofia, Pernik, and Kyustendil. Satisfied customers are our main objective. That is why we consistently adapt our products and services in line with market requirements and the demands of our customers.
High Standards for Quality
Our company is implementing the highest standards for the quality of raw materials and production process. Golden Flames pellets are made out of 100% pure pine tree wood material without the use of any adhesives or chemicals. The production process is fully automated and dust-free. Our product is always Class A1, high-calorie, high density, and with maximum efficiency. To ensure the quality of our pellets, we did a laboratory analysis and received a certificate issued by EUROTEST-Control SA that our product is compliant with the European quality standard – class А 1.
Sustainable and clean energy
Sustainability is a decisive criterion in the selection of our raw materials, and responsible use of the wood. Our main objective is to follow the requirements and the needs of the modern European consumer by offering a highly efficient product at an affordable price. That is why we consistently adapt our products and services in line with market requirements and the demands of our customers.
Our company plans to expand its production with pellets produced from biomass (food waste, agricultural residues) following the European policies to increase the use of sustainable, renewable, and environment-friendly heating and energy resources.

In 2019 - 2020 we invested in building a second production line for pellets. The modern technology and improved functionality of the new machines allow us to maintain stable output and ensure the high quality of our product during the whole year.
